Welcome to AA AMERICAN MOVING AND STORAGE, INC.. By engaging our transport, forwarding, or delivery services, you're agreeing to the following terms. We've tried to keep this as clear as possible, but logistics is a complex field. Please read carefully.

1. Service Agreement

We provide freight transportation and cargo management. When you book a transit with us, you're confirming that the cargo details provided are 100% accurate. We aren't responsible for delays caused by incorrect weight declarations or missing customs documentation. Have you double-checked your manifest today?

2. Warehouse & Storage Liability

Regarding our warehouses for freight transportation, liability is limited. We maintain secure facilities in Fort Lauderdale, but we don't insure your goods automatically. Our team highly recommends obtaining third-party cargo insurance for high-value transits. We're professional, but we can't control the weather or global supply chain hiccups.

  • Standard liability follows industry-standard per-pound limits.
  • Storage fees accrue daily if shipments aren't collected within 48 hours of arrival.
  • Hazardous materials require prior written approval before entering our facilities.

3. Payment & Cancellations

Payments are due as per your specific logistics contract. Late payments may result in a lien on the cargo—something nobody wants. If you need to cancel a delivery, we require at least 24 hours notice. Less than that? You'll likely see a "dead call" fee on your next invoice. It's just the nature of scheduling fleet vehicles.

4. Forwarding Responsibilities

As your forwarding partner, we act as an agent. While we vet every sub-contractor and carrier in our network, the carrier's specific bill of lading will also apply to your shipment.
